The Pop Eyed Popper deck, developed by R.W Hull in 1942 is widely regarded as the best forcing deck ever.
A traditional Pop Eyed Popper deck uses pairs of rough cards, each pair consisting of a indifferent card with a force card behind it.
This version is roughed using the Monster Magic roughing wax applied just on the middle of the indifferent cards. This gives the same level of control but spectator can easily remove the card themselves.
Plus, the forcing cards are not treated at all, which also frees you up to replace them or perhaps turn it into a 2 or 3 way forcing deck.
