Returns & Exchanges

At Monster Magic, we want your style to be legendary, but if your gear doesn't fit or suit your vibe, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Monster Magic account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
